RULES & REGULATIONS
Club/ Institution/ Academy" means a Taekwondo promoting club/ Sports Organization/ School/ College/ Government Department/ Government Institution having Taekwondo athletes its members/ students.
Once Club name is approved cannot be changed anymore but the Head Coach can be changed on basis of written request with valid reason.
The Club must have its own Logo.
The Club must use the Logos of OTA & DTA in all Activities/ events/ Programme/ Ceremony.
Club is affilated on the basis of yearly (1st January to 31st December).
Club Affiliation fees should be paid in the month of January every year.
Non-payment of Renewal Affiliation fees yearly shall be automatically considered the cancellation/de-active of Registration of Clubs.
Club-in-charge has no authority to make any rules or any changes without permission of District or State Association.
Clubs are bound to follow the Rules & Regulations of District Taekwondo Association.
Clubs are under the Jurisdiction of District Taekwondo Association, so Clubs shall remain under the DTA.
Clubs are bound to intimate to the DTA or OTA in written before organizing any activities.
Clubs are free to make Athletes ID cards directly under State Taekwondo Association, intimation to District Taekwondo Association.
Club must be 30 to 35 Athletes.
Club must register minimum 15 athletes in year.
Club must conduct the Colour Belt & Black Belt Promotion Test regularly.
Club must allow the players to participate in activities of OTA/DTA.
Coach must upgrade the skill & Knowedge Participating in diffirent seminars & Training Programme conducted by OTA.
It will be mandatory for the Clubs to prepare Athletes ID cards.
It will be mandatory for the Club/ Institution/ Academy to issue receipts for any payments received from the athletes clearly clarifying the activity for which the fee has been received.
Violation of above instructions results in cancellation of Registration.
